I am happily married to Morgan for more than 15 years. I have 3 wonderful children named Tony, Madison and Tyler. I am nuts about sports. I am a youth baseball coach and spend just about every day after work playing ball with my kids. I love the Washington Redskins, the LAA Angels and the Los Angeles Lakers. I enjoy health and fitness and spending weekends at the beach. I go snowboarding with my family every year at Mammouth Lakes for the Christmas Holidays. I grew up in Montgomery County Maryland. Jim is a graduate of the University of Montana He has been married for 28 years and has three children. In 1982 he entered the automotive industry, and graduated from the NADA Dealer Academy in 1983. Jim has over 20 years of experience as a General Manager of multi-line automotive dealerships. He was instrumental in the development of Toyota's President's Excellence Award, and was also one of the first recipients of this award. Under Jim's direction the dealership also received the Toyota Board of Governor's Award. Currently, Jim is the President and a founding owner of Mycustomerdata.com. He currently specializes in the area of data processes and development. Jim has been involved in many community service projects over the years. He has been a member of Rotary International, a certified USSA coach, a certified AYSO referee and coach. Along with Jim's high level of commitment and dedication to his family, business, and community he enjoys being outdoors. Some of Jim's hobbies are skiing, surfing, soccer and photography.

Hi, I'm Dan Beres. I graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Illinois University. In the beginning of my career, I gained sales experience in Radio & Television Advertising as well as media planning for automotive advertising agencies in Chicago and Los Angeles. At age 29, I served as the National Sales Director for emerging Seattle, WA based start-up company Who'sCalling, Inc. I hired, developed and trained a sales force to over 75 people starting from the ground up which led to over 60 Million in Sales annually. I was also Director of Sales for DME Automotive, an automotive marketing company and subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises based in Daytona Beach, FL. I have had the fortunate opportunity of working directly at the executive level with many large automotive groups such as Autonation, Sonic Automotive and Van Tuyl Group Inc. I am an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and the Newport Beach John Wayne Alumni Chapter of Sigma Chi. I am currently mentoring an undergrad student in the UC-Irvine Alumni Mentorship Program. I have been involved with several philanthropies including Habitat for Humanity, the Orangewood Children's Home and Surfrider Foundation. I played for the Eastern Illinois Men's Tennis Team for 4 years, so you'll often find me on the tennis courts in Laguna Niguel where I live. I also enjoy golf, surfing, snowboarding and hockey. My wife April have 3 children and we love to travel and entertain.

Hello. My name is Morgan Bone and I was born in England. I am married to Kevin Bone and we have three beautiful children Tony, Madison & Tyler. Tony is very active in football and baseball. Madison is a competitive cheerleader and Tyler plays baseball.
When I’m not working or at a sporting event I am at the barn with my two beautiful Arabian horses. My daughter and I ride on trails together every weekend. We also have two Jack Russell dogs Max & Jack, two turtles and a fish. I love movies and I’m a super fun girl.
I have been with the company for the last four years and I’m having a blast working here. Mr. Van Houten is responsible for business development and relationships with all OEM’s and automotive related accounts. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. He has over 20 years experience on the OEM side in sales and marketing, holding senior management positions with Nissan North America, Inc, Kia Motors America, Inc and American Suzuki Motor Corporation.
In addition to successful regional and corporate positions, his key accomplishments include leading the launch of the Nissan Xterra in 1999, which achieved all sales and profit objectives and was a key model for Nissan in the early 2000‘s. He also spent time with Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan, as the Senior Manager of SUV’s and managed the FX and QX models. While at Kia, Mr. Van Houten led the Western Regional sales teams to sales records from 2004 through 2007. He enjoys working and collaborating with Dealers, developing business plans and strategies that lead to win-win results.
Mr. Van Houten is married to Susan and has two daughters, Claire and Laura. He actively supports their school and sports activities. He is also involved in local community activities and enjoys exercise, reading and golf. Gary and his family reside in Mission Viejo, California.

I landed in Southern California in 1971 and have spent the last 39 years living life at the beach, most recently in Carlsbad, CA. I have over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 4 years in various dealership roles. I was fortunate to be hired on as the 5th employee at a growing automotive company later known as Who’s Calling. After successfully growing the footprint in the West, I was quickly promoted to Executive Director of National Accounts where I finished out the remainder of my 5 year term, and established Who’s Calling as a industry leading company with over 5000 dealership clients.
Most recently I spent 4 years as Executive Director of National Accounts for OneCommand (formerly CallCommand & RPM), where I was responsible for developing relationships with the top dealer groups and OEM’s around the country.

Scott resides in San Diego, CA with his wife Journey. Scott is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors, whether it’s at the beach or in the mountains. Scott’s hobbies include golfing, skydiving, and Deep Sea Fishing.

Nat holds a Ph.D. in Physical Science from UND (Grand Forks, ND) and MBA in Technology Management from U of MN (Minneapolis, MN). He also has Business Analyst, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP and ISO Lead Auditor certifications. Nat began his carrier with a fortune 500 Co. where he lead technology development teams as Product development Manager in Data Storage products (1990-1997) for 3M Co., Minnesota with sales of more than $400 million annually where he and his team received (5) 3M’s Prestige Golden Step awards. Nat then Joined Iomega Corporation UT as Project manager where he received awards for Direct Sales and Technical Marketing ward for his product as well as key contributor to product successes. At Skyworks Solutions Inc./ Conexant Newport Beach, he held position as Senior Program Manager where he lead more than 90 team members (Europe, Asia, Canada, Lat-Am) to develop products for the wireless telecommunications industry with sales of $100M annually. At Texas Instruments Dallas TX, he led teams globally of more than 150 members to develop products for the Telecommunication industry where he also received award for Implementation and Data Base Administration of Microsoft EPM 2007. He joined Net Previa as Director of Marketing US operations where he increased and expanded the company’s profile to Europe and Latin American countries.
Nat also held position as Chief Finance Officer at Minnesota United Cerebral Palsy (UCPM) 1994 and received State of Minnesota Outstanding Citizen Leadership Award in 1995.
Nat enjoys snow skiing, holds a Rescue diver PADI SCUBA certification, and flying Mooney airplane as an IFR certified private pilot. He also teaches meditation and lives in Carlsbad CA with his wife Aruni. They have two children who enjoy similar sports.

Mr. Calagday graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a bachelor's degree in Biology. While in college, he also served as a helicopter crew chief for the California Army National Guard. Over the past 11 years, he has worked in the technology industry in a wide variety of disciplines. These include T-SQL, Visual Basic, Visual Basic.NET, C# and also SQL Server database administration. Full lifecycle development is his specialty, and since 2000, has developed solutions starting from database architecture all the way to web and desktop interfaces. Mr. Calagday has been employed by several large companies, such as Cendant, HNC Insurance (now part of Fair-Isaac), and Digital River.

Hello, I’m Pamela Thornberg. My entire career has focused on design and desktop publishing. I have worked for major magazines such as ‘TEEN, Los Angeles Magazine, Disney and was responsible for hiring illustrators and photographers as well as the design layout. My extensive experience in management, marketing, graphics design, and computer training come from working at these magazines as well as Joe Verde Sales and Management and as a computer teacher at St. Anne’s school in Laguna Niguel, CA.
I live in San Juan Capistrano where, as a resident for fifteen years, I have been very involved with local charities and raised my three daughters, Amanda, Emily and Molly. My hobbies include my two animals: my cat Mowgli and my pug dog, Eisenhower. I also enjoy watching my favorite football team, the Denver Broncos.

Travis Wilson was born and raised in southern California. He has been in marketing and advertising for 5 years. As District Manager, his number one concern is making sure his clients are completely happy. Paul thrives on going the extra mile to get things done for his automotive dealers. He started out working for dealerships in the late 1980's and worked his way up to F & I manager until deciding to pursue the automotive finance field of the industry. In 1991 he was hired by Who's Calling and has been in the marketing sector ever since. Paul was born and raised in Southern California. He is happily divorced and has 3 wonderful children, Taylor, Morgan and Brendan. Paul loves working out and plays competitive ice hockey and softball on a weekly basis.

As Program Director for Lexus, Toyota and Scion, Lisa is responsible for account maintenance as well as client acquisitions. Though based in our California office she makes herself easily accessible to her accounts nation-wide. She is an East Coast transplant herself, growing up in Central Massachusetts and earning her degree in Advertising Design at Chamberlayne College in Boston.
Her career has spanned 2 decades in the Automotive Marketing field. She spent six years with Who’s Calling and also worked at OneCommand before joining our team.

He grew up in the Midwest near Chicago with his parents and 2 sisters. He graduated from Western IL University with an Elementary Education degree in 1979 and began a teaching career shortly thereafter.
He and his wife Dianna have been married since 1983, and will celebrate their 27th anniversary this year. Mick’s interests include walking, golf, college and professional football and playing with his Grandkids.

Hi, I am Troy Anthony. I gained my sales and marketing experience primarily in the software and finance industries. I grew up in Corbett, Or on a small farm with 5 cows, 3 horses, 2 pigs, a billy goat and a plethora of rabbits, cats and dogs. After the sale of the family farm, we moved to Coeur d’ Alene, Id where I graduated High School.
I am a very active athlete and played football, baseball, basketball and wrestled, at a very competitive and high level. I also have spent personal time as a peer tutor for special needs children and have volunteered my time to the elderly. In 1987 I moved from the small town of Coeur d’ Alene for the bright lights of the big city, Los Angeles, Ca. I started my professional career at Acom Solutions in Long Beach, Ca. in 1989. I was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” and “Salesman of the Year” each year I was employed at Acom Solutions and enjoyed tremendous success.
In 1993 I got recruited by a small start up software company, RxLaser, Inc., out of Brea, Ca to be their National Sales Manager. I personally increased company revenues by over 35% my first year. Because of my tenacity and performance, I was promoted to Vice President at the tender age of 31 and continued to help the company grow. In 2005, RxLaser, Inc. was purchased by the Glen Taylor Corp, and I decided to part ways. With my sales, marketing and leadership experience, I decided to get into the mortgage industry in 2005. As I gained knowledge and confidence, I worked my way up the ladder to become Vice President of CB Towne Financial out of Newport Beach, Ca until February 2007.
You will find me playing billiards, at a sporting event, on the golf course or playing beach volleyball up and down the California coastline.

I have been a career sales and marketing manager and entrepreneur since college. The 9 years before joining MyCustomerData.com, I had my own staffing firm where I helped grow emerging technology firms specializing in Software Application Development. Among several successful start-up efforts, my greatest accomplishment was putting 46 high level software sales and marketing people into one company which eventually sold for $865M to IBM in 2008. I have been looking for my next growth opportunity ever since and I know I found it here with Jimmy and Kevin and all these great people at MCD.
Once you get to know me, you will find that I enjoy everything about life and I am always looking for the next good story to hear, or to tell. I enjoy a hearty laugh at least once a day, but it will most likely be at my expense and am I am ok with that.
I am a family man at heart and along with my wife of 17 years, our two young children and two cats, we ride the roller coaster of life for all it’s worth.

Kevin Cooper started his career working for a large company in manufacturing and operations and became a Jr. VP of Operations at age 25. Mr. Cooper had a passion for sales and recreational vehicles including RV's, motorcycles, boats, and off road vehicles, and went to work for Dick Simon Marine as a sales associate and service manager. Kevin went to work for Datatec Industries where he worked as a Sales Manager servicing several prominent clients including Arco/BP, Starbucks, and Lowes. He left to continue his passion in the recreational vehicles market and worked as the Director of Sales and Racing Division for Laveycraft. Within a year, Kevin achieved a 400% growth in sales in comparison to current and former sale personnel. He also designed and developed new boat models and products into the market place to capture market share. Kevin also worked for Affinity Media as the Sales and Marketing Manager. Were he also tested new make and models for the OEM's. Kevin Cooper's passion for many years was jumping into to his offshore race boat to capture the ever alluring checkered flag. He was the World Champion in 2003. Through racing Kevin has been involved with Toys for Tots, The Tinkerbell Guild, Harley Ride love run. etc. Kevin also enjoys going camping, riding quads, boating and spending time with his family.

Hi, I’m Lisa Beer, and I married into an automotive family 20+ years ago. My father-in-law is a Chevrolet Dealer and my husband, Brad, works for Mercedes-Benz USA. After hearing about the MyCustomerData program through him I knew this was a product I wanted to represent! I’m excited to introduce it to automotive dealerships and track the great results!
My professional background is in sales and marketing, and our family has lived all over the country: Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago and both Northern and Southern California. I have 2 daughters, Katelyn is in college at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, and Chloe is in high school. Jane has a BS in business. For many years she worked for a large cosmetic company and was involved with their proprietary software program. She has several years of experience with technical support, beta-testing, data entry and training having taught store owners how to use the software program. She is married and they have two cats.
